Who We Are
The Samuel J Foundation is a non-profit organization established in memory
of Samuel Jacob Johnson. The Foundation is dedicated to honoring Sam's
bright spirit and brave heart by giving children with brain tumors hope for
a cure, bringing smiles into the lives of children with all types of
pediatric cancers and their families, and by supporting the needs of
children with developmental disabilities.

accepted. There is no transaction cost to you, the donor, and a
very minimal cost to the Samuel J Foundation. When you click on
the button at the top of this page, you will go to PayPal's
secure server. This assures that your credit card
information is completely safe. We don't even see your credit
card number or information. It only takes a couple of minutes to
register with PayPal. PayPal notifies us at
kelly.johnson@samuelj.org
of your donation and the funds are transferred to Samuel J
Foundation's account. We are provided your shipping address,
what was ordered and the amount of your donation. All
transactions are in U.S. dollars. Your information remains
confidential and is never provided to others.
